Grammy Awards - Best Dressed

Yesterday, I saw the live via satellite coverage of the Grammy Awards. Reading a bajillion tweets from the people I follow on Twitter. From people posting photos on Twitpic what the music prodigies are wearing for the night to updating me on the performances that's gonna happen in that specific event.

Reading those tweets made me feel excited to see what Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Beyonce will wear. I imagined Lady Gaga wearing, of course, a clothing that no one else can flaunt but her! I thought she was going to wear another masterpiece of Alexander McQueen but she wore a jaw-dropping Giorgio Armani : Armani Privé dress paired with a bizarre star burst accessory and killer platforms!

I wonder if she's comfortable wearing those incredibly high platforms that genius designers create? She flaunts it like she's just wearing a flip flops! I love Lady Gaga.

Taylor Swift. When I knew that she was going to attend the Grammy's the first thing that popped in my head was -- a "sparkly" dress. Basically because of the lyrics in her monologue song for Saturday Night Live that goes: "I like glitter and sparkly dresses. But I'm not gonna talk about that. In my monologue.." When I saw a photo from someone on Twitter, I thought she was wearing a black non-sparkly dress, so I was shocked but after seeing more photos of her on the red carpet, turns out she was wearing a shimmering blue gown. The off-shoulder gown fit her perfectly. But I think she should have worn a necklace and a blue stud earrings :) But she still looks fabulous.

Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, Rihanna, Leona Lewis and Pink also wore beautiful dresses. Rihanna's white gown blended with her perfectly also with her short fashionable hair. I also love the way her legs was sculpted by the gown itself. It's so chic! Leona Lewis looked so glamorous. I also loved the mini dresses of Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez. Lea Michele wore a very adorable Romona Keveza dress but I don't like her hairstyle.

My top favorite -- Miley Cyrus. Her hair, make-up, accessories and the Herve Leger dress blended well together. I love Miley Cyrus' long hair ever since! The dress was age appropriate and very fashionable. It looked really great on her. Thank god she's not wearing something ridiculous. Kudos to your stylist Miley ;)
