Hello blog!

Hello there! 

To tell you honestly, I don't want to visit this blog since I know I didn't finish the whole "Day 1 of _" of my first year of college! It is all because of Tumblr. I created a 365 Days With Iza (if you want to know the continuation of my first year college experience.. visit my Tumblr!) So far, so good. I hope I can post stuff there until the 365th day of 2013.

Anyway! Summer 2013 is coming to an end, unfortunately. But I really did have fun! I went to a zoo, Ocean Adventure in Subic, expanded my business.... life is good! I am looking forward to go to the MET museum and Bonifacio High Street this coming week! 

I am pretty scared to enter my second year of college. I don't know if I'll survive! But I need to think positively and just think of my GWA last sem. I really need to study hard if I want to become a part of the Dean's Lister. No more procrastinating (but.... it's easier said than done) haha we'll see!

I hope I'll enjoy the last few weeks of summer 2013! 

PS: 90210 is ending on Monday. I am so depressed :(

Day 137-149: I love my course!

Day 137

Visual Communication was okay. I got inspired with the 4 print ads made by my fellow first year students! Would love to do this kind of job in my print ad plate! ☺

Day 138

Saturday classes are not that bad... but I just hate the fact of having classes during Saturdays. That's why I loathe Saturday classes... does that even makes sense? Haha!

Day 139

Oh you know... went to school just to get a tan. Haha jk. Went to school just for PE! Yay for THESIS WEEK ☺

Day 140

Chill day with my favorite girls! No prof in Materials so we decided to chill in the Lovers Lane ☺ Arki Week started already. Awesome props!

Day 141

Chill Theology/ArtHist classes.

Day 142

Logic was very interesting :) I really love that subject! Techniques was chill... as always!

Day 143

Painting the Print Ad was soooo much fun! Chose the Tropicana drink instead of the VitWater! Excited to finish this plate! No classes tomorrow ☺

Day 144

Materials class today made me deaf. Wood carving is fun but you'll definitely be needing ear plugs!

Day 145

Nothing exciting happens during Tuesdays. Only a fake baby made me laugh a lot today. haha

Day 146

Volunteered to be one of the class' heroes and memorize the synopsis of rules in front of the class. Whew! Survived! Haha ☺ Chill Techniques class.

Day 147

First time going to school on Thursday just to watch short films! It was a great experience. Such talented and inspiring students in UST indeed! ☺ Ate lunch with blockmates afterwards ☺

Day 148

Marketing was okay. Brought a lot of stuff to school today: 3 bags, 1 huge canvas, T-square ruler and guess what? VC class got suspended because of the rain!

Day 149

So happy I passed the Filipino quiz! ☺ English was fun also. Read about Youthful Exuberance.

Theo prof didn't arrive and we didn't have a class on Art History so.... Pinball it is!!!! Haha ☺

I love Logic. I love Techniques. I love Wednesdays! Here's a photo of my friend's painting. I got an UNO in my second Techniques 2 plate!!!!!! I love Ma'am Becares forever. She's one of the best professors in Beato!




Day 133

First time skipping a class. Sorry, Marketing. It's Visual Communications' fault! Spent hours and hours finishing the VC Tribal plate. It's crazy. 25

Saturday classes.... meh

Went to the library with Pam, Jane and Kale ☺ Tried the blueberry cheesecake at the library cafe. Not bad!

Chill Logic + Techniques meeting! No ADPRAC tomorrow! ☺

Day 125-129: PRELIMS

Day 125

This was totally the kind of day you feel you just wasted your time going to school since you did NOT do anything at all. Waste of time, gas and effort. It's all because of the late delivery of brass plates! 

Day 126 

Theology exam was okay. But I don't feel so confident about my grade. I just feel blaaaah. You know the feeling when you think you already know the topics but end up just completely blacking out? Yup, that's meeee. After the exam, we took some photos using Jane's iPad! ☺

Day 127

Now this is the day I like. Logic is somewhat my favorite subject. It can be painful in the mind sometimes but it gives you a totally different perspective of thinking! It's such an amazing subject. You can easily love it but you can also easily hate it since there are soooo many things to memorize and there are a ton of tricky questions. I am so lucky to have an awesome professor! Lucky AD6 :)

Day 128

Marketing exam was A-OK! I know I didn't answer each question correctly but I am positive that I passed the exam :) After taking the exam, we went to Goldilocks to buy cakes for the two birthday celebrants! We celebrated their birthdays at Shakey's ☺ Belated happy birthday, Irish and advance happy birthday to Jappy! :) Such a fun day with my blockmatesss!

Day 129

I totally loathe this day. If there's a word deeper than loathe then I would probably use that... Anyway, I woke up at exactly 7:18am.... my English exam will start at 8am!!!! I totally freaked out. My alarm didn't work at all. Lesson learned: do NOT drink coffee around 5pm it will totally ruin your sleep. So, this morning I felt like Flash. I hopped to the shower, got dressed, blow dried my long wet hair, skipped breakfast (big NO NO if you're taking a exams!) then arrived to school around 7:44am! Crazy morning, I know. English exam was okay but I totally have four mistakes already because of carelessness (or memorizing too much?) Filipino was horrific. It was a long ass exam. Deep Tagalog. And I have NO idea what to answer. Mini mini mini mo was my bestfriend for a little while. On the top of that we needed to PAY THE PROFESSOR 7 freaking pesos for the photocopy of the test paper!!! What did we pay 13,600 pesos for?!?!?!!?! 13,600 is the fee for the prelims and still we need to pay 7 pesos for the photocopies? So weird. Sooo this is such a bad day. NOT looking forward for next week's meeting. Sigh, but I hope it will be a good week next week. Please :(

Day 121-124: First week of school for the year 2013!

Day 121

First day of school for the year 2013!! ☺ We had our Materials class. We need to start researching about our prelim plate already. So early morning, we went to Alva to research. We're making brass engraving... so help me God!!!! PE class was scary since we need to spike above the net :( I can do itttt! Thank god for the rain, our PE class ended early :)

Day 122

Theology + Art History! Same old, same old.... nothing exciting happened today.

Day 123

Marketing class is starting to get boring :( VC was SO FREAKING SCARY. I left my reference at home so I had to go to ALVA again to print another one. I also started with my VC prelim plate. I need to finish it!!! It's due next week!!! NEXT. WEEK.

Day 124

English was awesome. I answered all the questions the prof asked me and I got a perfect score in one activity!! Yay :) During Filipino class, we just wrote our biographies and did a little survey for a group activity. PRELIMS NEXT WEEK. Ahhhhh :(
