Our lunch awhile ago after the 10 AM mass ☺ Chinese food!! I am half-Chinese by the way. I know, it's not obvious since I definitely look like I'm 100% Filipino :| But I am proud that I am half-Chinese. I love New Year celebrations and I am lucky that I can celebrate both during the start of the year and the Chinese New Year! ☺

Finally decided that I am going to be a Thomasian next school year.

Not that I had other choices but... I recently researched about my first choice which is, Advertising Arts and I have a feeling that I will enjoy my course! The results of the college entrance exams were released this month. I visited the UST site last January 7 and tried to access my page since I was so excited to know if I was qualified. Then, boom! I was first shocked to have accessed my page since they told me that the UST results will be out on January 18. I screenshot my USTet result and posted it on Twitter and Facebook to let my friends know that the results were already out! :)

Too bad there were only a few who passed the USTet in our batch. I am so lucky that I am one of the USTet passers! UST is not my dream university but I think God has a bigger and much more exciting plans for me there ☺

By the way, I did not qualify in De La Salle University. When the results got released, we didn't have internet at home. I rushed to the mall and went to the internet cafe and accessed the My.LaSalle website right away. My heart broke into pieces when I saw this:

I seriously wanted to cry but I was in a public place and I didn't want to freak people out. Sigh, goodbye to my dreams of being a Comm Arts student! Maybe Communication Arts is not really for me since I did not also qualify for Comm Arts in UST (see screencap of the UST results above, second choice)

I was also not accepted at Ateneo de Manila University and UP Diliman. No need for screenshots because they just post the names of the people who passed. Ateneo is such a beautiful university. Sad that I'm not going to study there in the next four years... but I had some realizations and realized that I am not fit for the "Information Design" course. UP Diliman is the dream school of many. My first choice was "Clothing Technology" because when my sister and I were ushering for fashion week, I heard some interns that they were taking up "Clothing Technology" in UP Diliman. It was a shallow reason, I know. But I am desperate to enter the fashion industry.

Anyway, when I was researching about Advertising Arts... I visited SOFA Manila's website (I want to study there but for sure, I will easily get intimidated. Sigh) I read that a lot of local fashion designers took up Advertising Arts in University of Sto. Tomas!!! Ahhhh! I hope this is a sign... ♥

Now, it's official. I've already reserved my slot yesterday. I hope I'll have awesome blockmates or whatever you call it :) Cannot absolutely wait to graduate!!! :)

* During the last day of simbang gabi, I wished that I pass all the entrance exams that I took. Well, it didn't happen but I surely want to experience simbang gabi all over again this year. Even though my wish didn't come true, at least I passed USTet! I still believe in wishes :) I don't blame God for anything that didn't happen. Life goes on... He has a better plan for me :)

Current Obsession: Jane by Design

Nothing exciting is really happening in my life right now that's why I haven't updated this blog. My life is pretty much boring because of school. Anyway, I discovered this new series, Jane by Design. When I read the tweets of the people that they are watching the premiere of Jane by Design, I honestly thought it was going to be another Project Runway-esque reality show. I was wrong ☺

I have finished watching the first two episodes of Jane by Design and hoping for a lot more! The story is so adorable and you know me... I'm a sucker for cheesy and cliché series! I also love it because Jane is an aspiring fashion designer! The show is so inspiring. I really hope Billy and Jane will become more than friends. They are so adorable together! :)

Happy New Year from Manila! xx

I really love celebrating New Year’s Eve. It just sucks when almost all of your family is asleep or sleepy or doesn’t give a crap about the holidays. Every NYE, we light candles and make a wish (I hope my wish will come true! Fingers crossed)

During New Year’s Eve, I want to be surrounded by people with lots of energy , for example: the crowd in Times Square! I know there will be a lot of people there, can be quite scary but it will definitely be a dream come true if I will have a chance to celebrate New Year’s Eve there!

I will tune in to CNN later to catch the news about the New Year’s Rockin’ Eve and wait for people to upload the countdown by the Eiffel Tower videos on YouTube.

Again, Happy new year to everybody! I hope everyone will fulfill all their goals for the year 2012. Stay healthy and always smile! x

2011 is finally over! Wow. Time really has gone by so quickly! I am so thankful that I have survived this year (college entrance exams and the like) Here are some of my favorite 2011 highlights I will treasure forever:

Prom!

Run for the Pasig River. So tiring but what an experience!!

Took the UPCAT, USTET, ACET and DLSUCET this year. Results this January. Scared to death.

Had so much fun this year with my classmates, old and new friends

Attended the simbang gabi for the first time and even completed my attendance! haha :)

I also started my ear cuff business this year specifically last May 28, 2011 :-) I am very very grateful to everyone who bought ear cuffs from me. Hard work really pays off! Also, to everyone who keeps on telling me that there are some stores that are imitating my ear cuffs and the like, thanks. Honestly, I don't care if you imitate my business. You can't enter a business without a competition ☺ Anyway, I really hope people will still support my online business this 2012.

DECEMBER 23 - There's this new Japanese resto -- "Rai Rai Ken" in SM Manila and my sister and I wanted to try it out.

Unfortunately, the food was not delicious.. at all :-/ I am obsessed with Katsudon but their Katsudon was totally bland.The food there is also expensive! Not worth it at all.

DECEMBER 24-25 - Guess what. I got a sore throat on Christmas Eve. Remember my blog entries about me having bad luck during Christmas Eve and Christmas day itself? :( I thought the bad luck was dunzo :( Poor me. Sore throat totally ruined my Christmas. During the mass, I wanted to barf.. sigh.

DECEMBER 26 - Went to SM Mall of Asia with my mom and my sisters! ☺ We finally used my Pepper Lunch gift certificates from Miss Cecile :) I won 1k worth of GCs years ago!

Simbang Gabi✝

My Christmas break started last December 16, 2011, which is also the start of simbang gabi ☺ I immediately thought of going to simbang gabi (yup, for the first time ever!) because I can sacrifice waking up early since I don't have classes until January 4.

The nearest church here is the Quiapo church but we often visit St. Jude Parish ☺ The church was really packed for nine days. It was indeed a beautiful experience! I am actually planning to do it every year (depends on what school will I attend next school year) ☺

You can definitely feel the spirit of Christmas when you experience simbang gabi! ☺ Honestly, a few years ago I used to loathe Christmas because I was getting 'bad luck' on Christmas day itself for like 3 years straight. I was always looking forward to the New Year's Eve! But now, I am both excited for Christmas and NYE ♥

I am addicted to taho! ☺

Last year of attending the Glamerry Christmas Party! This year, I was so late. The party started around 5pm but I arrived around quarter to seven. But I still had a lot of fun. I've been a fan of Jasmine Curtis-Smith ever since she started blogging (way way back in 2009), until today. I created her Facebook fanpage even before she started show business :) Anyway, when I saw that Jasmine is having a play nearby, I immediately asked my mom if I could watch it ☺

It was my sister's birthday that day -- December 11, 2011. First, I didn't know what to expect since I'm not that familiar with Holy Spirit (even though my school is just literally infront of Holy Spirit haha) ☺ When we got to the venue, there were Jasters waiting outside the venue. Then, we finally went to the Assembly Hall, waited for a few minutes then the show started ☺ But before the show, I noticed that Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff were also there! My sister and I got so starstrucked! Gorgeous couple ♥ Too bad they didn't finish the whole play :(

After the show, my sister and I went immediately straight to Jasmine ☺ Photo ops with some fans then it was my turn! I gave her a small gift that contains rings, lipstick and an ear cuff that I made :) I always get weird and awkward around celebrities... maybe because I get speechless when I see them and I don't really know what to say infront of them since I don't want to be known as a creepy fan who's feeling close (random fact about me!)

I also met the guy who melts all my batch mates' hearts, Daniel Padilla. He's so tall in person and so approachable too ☺ I love his jacket! It's like a blazer and varsity jacket combined ☺

I think I saw the whole Padilla clan (except Robin and Rustom/Bebe) that night! They all look alike!

Overall, the play was great ☺ Jasmine is so amazing because she memorized the script with all those deep Tagalog words!

Science Camp (Part I)

This is the first part of our Science Camp because the star gazing + overnight got postponed because of the weather here in Manila. It's been raining like crazy here. I really loathe the bipolar weather! Anyway, the first part of our Science Camp was so boring. We were assigned to a group (which sucks because it only includes 2 people that I know), then we were assigned to build the tallest tower by just using newspapers and one meter of masking tape. I think our group has the tallest tower, but they didn't announce the winner.

Then we headed to the auditorium to experience the planetarium. It was awesome but it gave me a neck and lower back pain since we were just seated on the floor.

Then we went to the social hall for the exhibit and another activity. I got soooo bored I wanted to go home already. Finally, after the part one of our science camp, my friends and I decided to eat at Mang Inasal.

Last Friday, some of my classmates and I joined the lantern making contest. We didn't plan anything because we lacked time. The theme was: indigenous. We had fun making this lantern! We also ordered Mang Inasal while doing this lantern haha ;)

Second part of the science camp will be this coming January 14-15 (after our third quarter exams) ☺

Only a few months left and I will finally say goodbye to highschool! It's sad saying goodbye to my friends.. but I am super excited for college!

Um, but before getting excited for college... I am getting so nervous to see the results of the college entrance exams that I took months ago! Please be nice to me, DLSUCET, UPCAT, ACET and USTET! ☺

Last month, I went to Philippine Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2012 ☺ So far, I've been to six seasons of Philippine Fashion Week. I started going when I volunteered to become an usher last 2009 ☺ Anyway, this season was probably the most organized season of PFW ever! The barcode system was really amazing.

The first show I went to this season was Michael Cinco's show:

It was a beautiful elegant show once again by Michael Cinco. Anne Curtis was also one of the models, she looks like a doll! ☺ More elaborate blog entry in my fashion blog :)

Update: College Entrance Exams

I took the ACET last September 18, 2011. When I arrived in Ateneo, there were so many people. I rushed inside the grade school campus and followed some students who were also taking the exams. The line was like the Great Wall of China (haha, just kidding) Spotted a lot of familiar faces from Saint Jude and some pretty good looking guys too (duh, it's Ateneo!) Sad, I didn't get to see Kirk Long though! Plus, I really thought that there will be ACs inside the grade school classrooms. I was wrong. But the weather was okay :)

Ateneo is such a beautiful university! :) I would love to study here. I really hope I pass!

I just took the DLSUCET a few hours ago, this is the fourth entrance exam that I took (still thinking if I should apply for CSB also. I'm not really sure since I don't really want to take a "hobby" as a course). Anyway, when I arrived at the campus, surprisingly there were just a few students with their parents. I rushed inside since I don't want to be late, that would be so embarrassing!

I got mesmerized when I got inside room 405! Beautiful board + comfortable big chairs. Months ago, I asked Thea what to expect during the DLSUCET. She told me to bring a jacket since it would be super cold in the Yuchengco building. She was right. I was freezing like crazy while answering the test even though I was wearing a jacket. So happy I got to answer everything before the allotted time. The proctor as super nice, when we were about to take the part 6 of the exam, she told us: "Ayan, konti na lang. Puede na kayo magaral sa La Salle!" :)

I saw someone's answer sheet accidentally, and I don't know why she only shaded the Cs on at least 3 columns of her answer sheet. Weird. I bet the proctor also saw her answer sheet that's why the proctor gave her a weird look. The comfort rooms in La Salle was also super clean! ☺ Really impressed :) After the exam, the proctor congratulated us as if we already passed the exam :) It was a great feeling. Haha! ☺

Results will be out on the first week of January! ☺

I really hope I pass UPCAT, DLSUCET, ACET and the USTET!

Nineteen.

This is actually my arm! My friend, Mica wrote this on my arm during our Filipino class awhile ago :)

Although today was not what I expected, I'm still thankful.

Days before my birthday I got a bit depressed since I felt like a nobody to everyone. It feels like no one cares about me. Anyway, nothing will ever top my 18th birthday! Sad that I didn't get a cake today for my 19th birthday. I always get giddy like a child whenever I see a birthday cake + lit up candles and I also love making a wish and blowing out the candles. Sigh, never had a chance to do it this year :(

I expected that my family and I will go out tonight to celebrate my birthday.. instead we just ate here at home. We're not even complete while eating dinner, which was depressing. I wonder when will I really feel special on my birthday? I don't know why I'm the kind of person who wants to make birthday celebrants happy... I mean, when someone's birthday is coming up, I'm always the one who will plan our "surprise" for that someone and I'll be the one who will organize how much will someone pay for the gift and the like. But when it comes to me? I don't really know (well, except for my 18th) I really love surprises and every year I always expect but I always end up hurt or disappointed. If only I could surprise myself, but I would just look like a fool.

Even though I really didn't feel special today, I am still happy because of all the birthday greetings especially on Facebook and Twitter! Thank you guys, you know who you are ♥

I really hope I will get to enjoy my last year of being a teenager. I still remember when I was thirteen, I felt so happy since I am a teenager already ☺ I also want to thank Jesus for giving me another year. Thank You for always being there for me when I'm depressed. I know I really don't understand why life is such a pain in the ass sometimes but I am so grateful that You are always there to answer my prayers. You rock.

Awkward.

Pretty much obsessed with MTV's new show "Awkward". Weeks ago, I kept on seeing the teasers during the commercial breaks on MTV... honestly, I thought the show sucks. But after seeing the teasers like a million times.. I got curious! So, I downloaded the series ☺

I started watching the show last night. It was really a breath of fresh air since I didn't know any of the cast.. except for Valerie the Guidance Counselor (she looked really familiar but I can't remember what TV show she was in). Oh, I also find Matty -- Beau Mirchoff, super cute (especially when he smiles) and pretty damn hot! Jenna was so adorable! I love her character. Can't believe the girl who plays Jenna -- Ashley Rickards, is just 19 years old! We're both 1992 babies ☺ Awesome. Oh, and is it just me? Or the guy who plays Jake -- Brett Davern, totally looks like AJ Rafael? Random thought... but I really see their resemblance!

I am really looking forward to the next season of Awkward. I've been crazy tweeting about that show since last night. I even tweeted the creator of the show. I really hope Matty and Jenna will become an official couple sometime in the future. I really like their chemistry!

Can't believe I met All Time Low twice last week. I miss them so much already :( Anyway, I will now share with you guys my experiences that happened last week :) Wednesday to Thursday to be exact.

Ever since I purchased the All Time Low ticket I reserved, I've been talking to Thea (my concert buddy / fellow fangirl) about our plans for the album signing and what to do before and during the concert! When I read somewhere that All Time Low will have an album signing, I totally freaked out since I had a feeling I had no chance on winning meet and greet passes. We planned, went to the Hustlers' Gathering to buy the old albums of All Time Low and even bought gifts from Kultura (I bought shot glasses for them!) Then, the day after we bought gifts, Ovation Production said that the album signing will be cancelled because the band's arrival to Manila was delayed. My heart broken into pieces. Days after being heartbroken about the awful news, Astroplus posted that the album signing was back on! ☺ I was so happy. They will do everything just to make us, the fans, happy and contented! :)

September 20, 2011 was also a special day for me because that was the day MCA Music called me up and told me that I won a meet & greet pass!!!! I was jumping, shaking and screaming in our classroom while answering the phone. My classmates got weirded out but I did not brag them about the meet & greet pass because I know they don't even care. Haha! Now, fastforward to...

WEDNESDAY

When I woke up, the feeling of "I'll be meeting All Time Low today" did not enter my mind. It was such a surreal idea. So, I went to school totally nonchalant. But I bet if all of my friends are addicted to bands like I do, I'll be screaming my lungs out.

After classes, I immediately went home and changed clothes then went to SM North Edsa. I was freaking out because Thea kept on updating me about the album signing. When the album signing started... I was stuck in traffic. Awesome right? So, when I arrived at SM North Edsa (It was also my first time to go to that mall, so I don't even know where's the Atrium. Just my luck) Finally, I saw the venue and saw Thea ☺ She handed me the album signing stub and the Dirty Work album. When I was near the stage, I got the shot glasses in my bag and I was literally shaking. The feeling was so unreal. I can't believe I am standing in front of Rian, Alex, Jack and Zack!

When I got to the stage, the security was so strict. All I said to them was: "Hey! For you (while giving them the shot glasses)" Rian just signed the album and was busy doing something I don't know. Alex melted my heart. His smile was just so perfect! Next was Jack... he was so adorable! When I handed him the glasses, he looked up to me with his adorable smile and said "SHOT GLASS!!" It was like I gave a balloon to an adorable little boy! He was so cute ♥ Then, Zack.. just like Rian, he just signed my album, Then, the security told me to get off the stage already. It was the best 15 seconds of my life. No idea if it lasted for 15 seconds... it felt like 5 seconds to me. It went by so quickly!

THURSDAY

When I woke up, I felt a bit sad because I know after the concert, there's nothing awesome to look forward to anymore. When I went to school, the ambiance was so wrong. Everyone's so annoyed because of random reasons. Even I, got annoyed because of a random thing. I was so tired that day because we cooked a meal for our Home Science laboratory activity and had our swimming classes. After our swimming classes, I felt the excitement. But, guess what! I almost lost my contact lenses! I was putting them on, then I thought the lenses were already in my eyes... I didn't even notice my blurred vision. What a dummy. Haha :p But thank god I found my lenses again. It was a miracle.

Araneta Coliseum was just an LRT away so I didn't worry about the horrible traffic ☺ I met up with Thea and I went to the West Gate for the meet and greet. I waited for almost two hours for the meet and greet. When we got in the meet & greet room, I immediately hugged Rian, Alex, Jack and Zack! I told them that I loved them... the feeling that Alex and Jack told me they loved me back was amazing. I wanted to hug them forever but they told us to pose for the camera already. I was annoyed with the guy who almost blocked Jack :( He should've went to the side. I was holding Jack's waist that time ♥

After the photo op, I hugged Jack and Alex again. When I was about to hug Rian, the people from Ovation told me to go down already. As you can see above, I smudged the faces of the people I do not know. Alex Gaskarth is so sexy! Lisa Ruocco is one lucky girl.

After the meet and greet, I went straight to the concert venue. Then, met up with Aira and her sister. we went inside then I immediately bought merch! I wanted to have a concert souvenir ☺ When I went inside the venue, I didn't care about my seat (Hello, imagine people seating during All Time Low's concert? Lame!) Haha! I went to the front area and made my way infront of the barricades!!!! ☺ So happy I won't be seeing annoying heads of tall people I don't know during the concert. I look like a crazy/frustrated fangirl on the photos but whatever. Haha! Magic Liwanag is awesome! :) I really love his job ☺ Anyway, during the opening act -- Typecast, the girl beside me told me to cheer so that the bouncers will not shoo us away. I did cheer for them, but I didn't stop me from yawning. Sorry Typecast! Then, after the front act, Party Rock Anthem played and everyone was dancing! It was crazy haha! :) After they played some random music, All Time Low finally came out!!!!

The first song was "Do You Want Me (Dead?)" One of my favorite songs from their Dirty Work album! I was jumping and having the time of my life. They are so good live. There was also a time when I saw Jack looked straight at me during "Weightless" ♥ We sang the part "I wanna be laughed at laughed with, just because" together!! he even pointed at me. It was such a surreal experience.

After the concert, I met up with Aira's sister and we begged for the IDs of the bouncers and the guys that worked backstage. Mission accomplished!

1. My bestfriend's debut at Sofitel Philippine Plaza :) It was so much fun to see all of my friends from my former school yet again! :)

2. Solenn On Stage concert! :) Met Georgina Wilson, Anne Curtis, Erwan Heussaff, Nicole Andersson, Solenn's lovely supportive parents ☺ Solenn even gave us, her fans, a free shirt! ☺ Such an unforgettable night. This concert happened after my exam week, such a great reward! ☺

3. CD sale part 2 + spotted one book I want to buy soon :)

College Entrance Exams: I am confused..

Last week-- August 6, 2011 , I took the UPCAT exam ☺ It was really a fun experience for me. Didn't know what to expect. I woke up really early and went to UP Diliman around 5 in the morning since UP Diliman is far away from where I live.

Taking the UPCAT was really nerve-wrecking. While taking the exam, I made sure I read the question twice/thrice ☺ Super happy with the English/Filipino subtests. Then, Math and Science ruined my day. Hahaha! My favorite part was the reading comprehension. I really really hope I'll pass the UPCAT exam.

Results will be out next year: February 2012. Not really expecting that much since it's right minus 1/4 wrong. But still hoping... ☺

Awhile ago, I took the USTET ☺ It was pretty hard, honestly. Don't know why some people kept on telling me that it's just a piece of cake. My favorite parts of the test were the Space Relation Test and the Drawing Test. The English/Math/Science subtests were confusing ☹ Really don't know what to expect this January 18, 2012! Scared ☹

Two college entrance exams down, two more to go! ACET - September & DLSUCET - October ☺

Still thinking if I should apply at SoFA... What do you guys think?

But I really want to go to Parsons The New School for Design.. sigh, life ☹

CD sale! ♥

My friend, Thea texted me yesterday when I was at school. She told me there was a CD sale at Astroplus (SM Mall of Asia branch) and everything was only a hundred bucks. I got shocked and I wanted to go to SM Mall of Asia after classes (but Friday means traffic everywhere haha) She told me that the CD sale will be until August 7. When I got home, I checked MCA music's Facebook page ☺

I went to the SM Mall of Asia this afternoon and bought five albums: Cheryl Cole, The Killers, Brandon Flowers, The All-American Rejects and Dashboard Confessional! ☺ Total of 500 pesos. Sooo inexpensive! I usually spend 500 pesos on one CD. I saved a lot today, thanks to MCA Music! ♥

I dropped by Topshop and checked out their "buy one take one" sale. I honestly didn't like most of the items on sale. I liked the Robinson's Ermita-Midtown branch more ☺

Sunday! ♥ Was super excited to get up because I'll be claiming the All Time Low ticket today. After the 10am mass, we went to the mall to eat lunch. I tried the grilled chicken in Mcdonalds. It's very tasty!

After eating lunch, my sister and I went to Araneta Coliseum to claim the All Time Low concert ticket that I reserved yesterday. I met Thea again! One of the friends that I met online because of Good Charlotte! ♥

We reserved three seats, but unfortunately, my friend Aira did not claim the ticket. The girl from the claiming booth said the reservation will be forfeited if we will not pay for the seat. The problem is, we only bought the exact amount for both of our tickets :(

When the girl handed me the tickets, I was literally shaking. I can't believe I will finally see All Time Low perform live!! ☺

I am also so proud of myself because I paid the concert ticket with my own money! ;) So far, this is the third time that I paid for a concert ticket. The other concert tickets that I had were all free :)

Then, we went to National Bookstore to have the gifts wrapped. I created six ear cuffs for Solenn Heussaff ☺ It's her birthday on the 20th! ;) After having the gifts all wrapped up, we went to Odyssey and bought Solenn's debut album. The line for the signing was super long but I patiently waited ☺

I met Solenn last year during the Penshoppe fashion show. She's still so down-to-earth! ☺ Her tweet really made my day! ;)

After meeting Solenn, we went back to Gateway and I bought Selena Gomez's third album, When The Sun Goes Down ♥ Then, home sweet home!!

What a day. I really don't want this weekend to end.

Hectic yet fun!! ♥ Saturday morning, I woke up at 8AM and freaked out because I thought "Hey It's Saberday" will start at exactly 9AM. Luckily, when we arrived at the Broadway Centrum the guard said we can enter the venue at 10:30am. We were too early! My sister and I ate at Mang Inasal then waited outside the studio. Quarter to 11, we finally entered the studio! Saw lots of Jasters and students from ACSAT.

Hey It's Saberday was fun! ☺ Even though I only know some of the Kapatid stars, I really enjoyed watching them perform. They were all gorgeous especially Jasmine, Danita, Arci and Alex! ☺ Loved their outfits too!

Finally met the gorgeous Jasmine Curtis-Smith! She's so approachable ♥ Got speechless when I met her because I didn't really know what to say.

After Hey It's Saberday, we went home ☺ Tweeted Jasmine and she replied!! ☺

Then, Thea texted me that All Time Low's concert here in Manila is already confirmed!!! ♥ September 22nd, Araneta Coliseum! I immediately called Ticketnet. No luck, they weren't answering the phone. I called for like 20 times, then finally someone answered the phone! ☺ I asked about the tickets and yadda yadda, then guess what. The girl hung up on me. Instead of being pissed, I called again (for like 20+ times again) then the operated voice said "Sorry to keep you waiting, please try again later"

So I redialed again for a millionth time. Finally, a girl answered (after one and a half hours) I told (insisted) her to not hang up the phone. Then she asked for my details and etc. I got rows H16-H18! ☺ I also reserved tickets for my concert buddies, Aira and Thea! :)

Finally bought The Maine's Black & White album!!!! ☺ I know, it's not available here in Manila yet, but I saw someone on Twitter selling the CDs so I quickly tweeted her back and said to reserve one for me! ☺ So happy ♥

I just watched Monte Carlo yesterday at Gateway with my friend, Aurea! ☺ The movie made me want to go to Paris even more. Selena, Leighton and Katie are so lucky that they had a chance to film a movie in Paris! ♥ But if I had to choose between Lizzie McGuire the Movie and Monte Carlo, I'd choose Lizzie McGuire! Some of the parts that I didn't like in the movie was when Katie Cassidy had a Country accent and in the next scene, she'll get an American accent, then yet again a country accent. It's so confusing! But the movie is still okay ☺ I still want to watch it again. The guys in the movie are so hot! ;)

Sam Concepcion and Elmo Magalona were the opening acts. I am not a fan of both artists but they performed really good! Loved the songs they performed.

Her legs and hair are so perfect! ♥ To the people who calls her FAT? You guys are idiots. Anyway, before the concert started there were children behind me singing "Best of Both Worlds" and screaming "Hannah! Hannah!" It was annoying :|

I went to the concert not because of Hannah Montana. I went because of Miley. I love her music, her style and I don't care if she's labeled as a "bad influence" to the kids and etc.

Probably the best day of my June 2011! ♥

Not really used to going to concerts this time of year (because of school) and not really used to buying expensive tickets for concerts (because duh, it's expensive). This is only my second time to purchase a concert ticket. The first one was Taylor Swift's concert here in Manila. I bought a General Admission ticket which was okay since the concert was held at Araneta Coliseum. When I first heard that Miley was coming here in Manila for her Gypsy Heart Tour, I was shocked because normally the famous artists will have a so-called "world tour" and will not include Asia. I was also shocked because when I googled "Gypsy Heart Tour", the Philippines was the only country that appeared in the Asia category!! ♥ Thank you to my customers in my previous shirt business, I was able to purchase a VIP ticket and make one of my dreams come true! ☺ Anyway, school ends at 3pm every Friday, so after school I went home and changed my outfit for the concert. Also charged my camera + cellphone and went straight to the MOA Concert Grounds. It was so traffic on the way! But luckily, I arrived early. I didn't see any fan girls screaming and getting excited for the concert. I was also not screaming because I was alone (None of my friends went to the concert with me because the ticket was expensive)

While waiting for the guards to let us in the venue, a girl from Get Shot took a photo of me for the event. I thought it was going to be like Paramore's concert which they will flash all the photos during commercials, I was wrong but it's all good. Haha! ☺ I hope they'll upload the photos already.

While also waiting for the guards to let us in, I heard someone from Futuretainment explaining to a parent the meet & greet procedures. I almost begged them to give me one but I still have my pride! Hahaha ☺

Finally, the guards let us in the venue! The seats were empty which was lame. I thought it will be filled as soon as they let us in the venue.

First week of my Senior Year!

Kinda got used to going to school already. Anyway, the first week of my Senior year was fun. The first two days were boring just because there were a lot of "getting-to-know-you" activities, which was kind of lame because I don't like describing myself.

I was elected as Class Coordinator for our section, watched Iron Chef America for Home Science class (excited to learn how to cook REAL food), so far... that's about it. We have tons of homeworks already due on Tuesday.

Today was my first day of school as a Senior. It felt weird. Just so curious on what's going to happen in this school year. I was chosen to be the class coordinator for our section. I know it is a very hard job but all I was thinking was putting "class coordinator" in all of my college application forms.

When I stepped inside the campus, it was like last school year all over again.

If you follow me on Twitter, I know you're annoyed at my "I-hate-going-to-school" tweets. Why? I don't belong there. I just don't get the people there. Yes, I have friends there but only some who I can trust. Some of the students really are immature and really loves attention. Imagine being surrounded with those kind of people every single day.

I regret everything that happened in my ~~humiliating~~ past. I know I should already move on but... sigh ☹
I just miss my old friends.. wondering what's it like to be on their shoes right now. I just feel so left out and alone. I miss having a best friend.

After reading Jasmine's tweet, I felt a bit okay because she was totally right. Going to school is a blessing. Imagine the homeless people dreaming to study while you are being a lazy ass complaining everyday (me). I'll try to think more positive.

Only ten more months, Luiza. Only ten more months. You can do it.

My Summer 2011

My summer 2011 was filled with fashion and music. When summer started, I just enjoyed staying at home and relaxing my mind because Junior year was a pain in the ass (Chemistry + Physics, you know what I mean!) The highlight of my summer was meeting Good Charlotte twice! It was so surreal ☺ One of my dreams finally came true! ♥

Compared to my summer 2010, my summer 2011 was pretty boring. I just spent too much on shopping (which is okay but I always end up regretting ☹ I need to be a cheapskate next time hahaha) Next summer, I plan to work out + drink milk (to get taller) + blog more and etc!

June 11 - EPIC

I woke up early even though it's the second to the last day of my summer vacation. Anything for All Time Low! ♥

It was the album launch of All Time Low yesterday here in Manila. It was insane!!! While entering National Bookstore (I entered the NBS entrance since Astroplus is near) I checked the time and it was only 9:59am. I even asked the guard if the mall was open already. He said yes and then when I was on the way to Astroplus, I heard fangirls screaming already! I was like: "holy crap..." When I saw Astroplus, I did get the feeling that the CD got sold out already. But I didn't lose hope and searched for the Dirty Work CDs (turns out, the CDs are already in the cashier area) Pretty much got stuck at the cashier are for 10 minutes. But I made a new friend while waiting! Her name is Chat ☺

After the insane album launch, we went to SM Department Store (because I needed to buy school shoes and bag and she needed to buy flip flops) Anyway, I was finding the perfect T-strap flats. It was so hard to look for cute plain flats nowadays which was really annoying.

I saw this and decided to buy it but there were no sizes available which sucks. I really hate being size 9.

I really love my school bag! My Senior year bag! Heehee ♥

It's the grand finals for the contest tomorrow! I really really hope I'll win. But again, not really expecting to the point that I'm memorizing all the things that I will say to Miley in person. I might end up being disappointed. It's better to just have fun and expect NOTHING. I will just think of it as a fun activity and not a contest to calm myself down.

I've been getting nervous because I have so many questions! What if I fall? What if the audience will not cheer for me? What if the judges ask me to sing a Miley song and forget the words.. stuff like that! I'll just imagine everyone with Kevin Copeland or Marcus Copeland's heads from the movie White Chicks! Hahahaha! That really put a smile to my face! ☺

I recently blogged about the Astroplus contest, "Wacky for Miley" :)

I went to SM Megamall last Saturday and joined ☺ It was really unexpected since I was planning to join the contest this Saturday (June 11) at the SM Mall of Asia. When we arrived at the store, I felt so scared. The contestant before me was a cute little girl! I bought a CD and entered the contest. When it was my turn for my photo to be taken, I was just thinking happy thoughts (Just like what Nigel Barker told us at the Style Origin event, haha! ☺) Then, my sister and I went to Forever 21, Etude House and went home.

From Sunday to Tuesday, I was not really expecting that much since I know there will be a LOT of people more confident and more gorgeous compared to me that will be joining. So, I was thinking, at least I have a chance to watch Miley Cyrus' concert (Since I bought a VIP ticket last month which almost ate all my savings ☹ I really hope it's worth it!)

This morning, I checked Astroplus' Facebook fanpage and they said that they will be announcing the finalists today for the SM Megamall and SM The Block branches. I was still not expecting... but I kept crossing my fingers. This evening, I checked the album of the finalists:

Summer 2011 is ending really soon and I will be a senior in high school in this coming school year. I really don't know what to expect (of course lots of studying to do...) All I really want is to get accepted in a good university. I remember when I was still in elementary, I was so excited to become a high school student because of the beautiful uniforms (back in Saint Jude Catholic School..) But then, I had to transfer to a new school (I am NOT a fan of their uniforms, by the way.. but I'm used to it already. Sigh.) But really, high school is NOT about uniforms, popularity, and etc. High school is about finding the real you. Finding what your passion is.

In the three years of high school in LCCM, I got awards I never thought I would get ever since (Merit cards, outstanding awards, etc) I never became an honor student until I transferred to LCCM. The thing is, when you get awards like those, you feel more inspired to study more harder! My ultimate goal for the school year is to have medals during my graduation day. I really hope it will come true. I will really do my best. I am so happy I am finally graduating! ☺ Cannot wait to wear a toga and apply for colleges!

I really get jealous of people having a choice to study in the Philippines OR in the States. If I'm rich, I would really apply for Parsons The New School for Design. I've been browsing their site since last year, but of course, it would be impossible for me to study there. I really don't believe the saying: "Nothing is impossible" --- it is so not true (well, for me) I just love imagining what would my life be when I study there in New York, living my dream. Maybe next time when I get a chance.. hopefully after I save up! Haha ☺

Awhile ago, I just filled up my application form for the UPCAT test. The course I picked was BS Clothing Technology and BA Film. I chose Clothing Technology because when I volunteered for the Philippine Fashion Week last 2009, Some of the interns are from UP Diliman and they are taking up Clothing Technology. I researched about it and the course was fashion related. It is really interesting because I really want a fashion related course (but not really fashion design & merchandising) then my second choice was BA Film... I honestly, I really wanted to write "NONE" on the blank because I was torn between Film or Fine Arts. I really want to direct music videos someday but never dreamed taking that course. And the Fine Arts course was confusing because I have to take a talent test :-/ (Sorry for being clueless!)

Hopefully, I will be able to pass the application form on time (deadline: JUNE 17!!!!) and pass the exam! Will also apply for Ateneo, La Salle and UST! ☺

I am not really good with these kinds of exams. Especially the multiple choice exams!
Anyway, this will be my first ever blog entry about college! Will keep you guys posted next time ☺

Kung Fu Panda 2 + Red Mango + Anything random!

Yesterday, I went to buy some materials for the items that I'm creating for my shop. Then, went straight to the mall to watch a movie with Nica. We were planning to watch Kung Fu Panda 2 at the Director's Club but it was already sold out. So, we decided to watch it in digital 3D. It was worth it ☺ We paid P300.00 for the ticket (Inclusive of popcorn or a sandwich) The popcorn was so huge! The movie is so beautiful. I hope there's a part three! ☺

After the movie, we went to et some frozen yogurt from Red Mango! First time to try Red Mango frozen yogurt in a bowl! Hahaha ☺ Then we window shopped - as usual! Searched for varsity jackets, cute accessories and stuff. We really can't find any varsity jackets that are available which is pretty annoying :( I really want a red or blue plain varsity jacket (with no initials whatsoever) If you guys know where I could buy one, leave a comment below! ☺

Anyway, we went to Kids Universe because my sister and her friend Gwen was hanging out there ☺ So many happy kids playing! I wish I experienced playing at a place like that when I was a kid :( Then, we went to Book Sale and Fully Booked. I bought a P5.00 ELLE magazine! Yes, five pesos.

After that, we went home. Can't believe school is starting in a few weeks. This has been a very very boring summer vacay. I really thought this will be a very exciting summer vacation... I was wrong :(

Hopefully, the few weeks of my summer vacay will be a blast. I will be joining the Astroplus contest and I really hope that I will enter the grand finals! I will do anything to have a meet & greet pass for Miley Cyrus' concert on the 17th! Also, I think I will go to the album launch of All Time Low (but the launch is the same date as the Miley Cyrus contest so... I'm not yet sure) But I really can't wait to buy the Dirty Work album! ☺

Also, I am planning to have a digiperm. My classmate Andrea and I have been planning to have a perm since last school year but nothing was ever final. But then a few days ago, I went to Tony & Jackey's Facebook like page and saw that they are having a promo! P1,500.00 for a digiperm (Read: ANY length) The original price of their digiperms are upto 5k, I think (which is too expensive!)

Yesterday, I told Nica about this and guess what, she was also planning to have her hair permed! Yay! We are planning to get our hair permed at Tony & Jackey on June 8 or 9. Pretty excited! I am so bored with my hair. I hope the people from Tony & Jackey knows that I want an exact same hair as Miley Cyrus ☺

We went to the opening of Nail It! yesterday at Greenhills but before the event, we went to Happy Lemon and the food court to eat Beard Papa cream puffs. It was my first time to try both. I really did not like Happy Lemon. Not a fan of milkteas and teas in general. The taste is so weird. Also the cream puff from Beard Papa was not really appetizing! I got a stomach ache afterwards which was really annoying ☹

The Nail It! opening was already starting when we arrived. We got our nails done. I picked Orly's Pixy Stix which was really Barbie-ish ☺ To be honest, it was my first ever manicure in my entire life! Haha ☺ It was a fun experience.

Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2011 ☺

Hello there! ☺ Last week was very tiring but fun! I went to Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2011 last May 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15. In the past seasons that I went to I end up with very numb toes because of the heels I'm wearing... this season was an exception! I think I'm getting used to wearing heels ☺ I really wish I'll reach my ideal height which is 5 feet 8 inches. Four inches to go! Anyway, I'll stop blabbering now.

Since last Tuesday, I'm updating my fashion blog almost everyday. It's filled with Philippine Fashion Week blog entries. The photos here in the computer is really a mess. I just organized it two weeks ago but I really can't be organized for life. Haha ☺ I wish I was really good at organizing like my sisters! Oh well :p

I went with Nica for four days and on Sunday, two of my sisters tagged along ☺

May 10: Second day of the Philippine Fashion Week. When I went to my very first fashion week last 2009, I was shocked to see a lot of fashion enthusiast in the same environment! Now, I'm used to it already. I get to see lots of killer heels and people having unique styles. It was definitely an inspiring environment. Sometimes, I would ask myself if I would fit in to that environment... I am really confused on what to take for college! (Okay, I'll blog about this college stuff next time)

I saw Laureen Uy at the "10" show. I also got to see Danica Magpantay, Charlene Almarvez and Claire Unabia from America's Next Top Model Cycle 10 walking on the runway! ☺ After the "10" show, guess where we went? To the MOA Concert Grounds for Justin Bieber's concert. We don't have any tickets (because it was too damn expensive!) so, we just stayed outside the VIP area. We only stayed for one song: Love Me. I just saw the Biebs jumping. Then we left because the crowd was getting crazy! I didn't want them to steal my purse or anything like that. It was scary. Then we went back to the mall. I was thinking of going back to SMX but I changed my mind and just went home instead ☺

May 11: I was really excited to go to SM Department Store's show because I am a big fan of SM Department Store! Not only because it's affordable, but also because it is very stylish! I love SM Parisian shoes and I am planning to buy another pair of shoes this Monday ☺ The 20% off coupon I got is only valid until next month! Next month, I'll be busy with school (Senior year!!!!)

After the show, we went outside and saw people taking photos with Hideo. So, we also took a photo with him. Haha! ☺ He was really tall! We registered for the L'Oreal show. It was really fun to see Anne Curtis again in person ☺ She was really stunning on the runway. I loved the way they styled her hair! I met Divine Lee, THE Daryl Chang, Danica Magpantay and Claire Unabia!! ☺

May 12: Forever 21!!!! ♥ Been dying to watch this show since I saw the Philippine Fashion Week schedule on the newspaper. We had a little problem while registering because my name was not on the guest list but I won from a Facebook contest, which was really weird. Good thing I double checked and saw Nica's name. While registering, Nica told me she loves the leopard pants of the girl at my back, when I saw the girl wearing the leopard pants, I told her: "Holy crap, Steph Ayson!!!" ☺ We were planning to approach her but we were shy.

The show was packed and we sat at the reserved seats for the Sy family (because they never showed up) The show was filled with cute guy models ☺ It was so much fun to see models smile while walking the runway. I also met two of the Forever 21 ambassadors -- Tricia Gosingtian and Patricia Prieto! Both lovely stylish ladies ☺ I also met Vicky Herrera, Divine Lee (again) and Steph Ayson -- we saw her again after the show, we didn't want to miss a chance to take a photo with her ☺

We were given invites for the For Me show. We had no idea about For Me because we don't shop there but the set up was pretty neat and we saw Charlene Gonzales ☺ Then, Nica went home as I register for the Premiere A. Saw Tim Yap, Carla Abellana, Iya Villiania and Nikki Gil walking for Michele Sison.

May 14: Missed the Friday shows because I was not in the mood to get out on a Friday. I hate traffic! Nica also missed the Saturday shows. Premiere B was a success. I am so happy that I didn't miss Eric delos Santos, Jerome Salaya Ang and Sassa Jimenez's collection! It was superb. The show was packed like crazy! ☺ Went also to the last day of iFEX because my mom and sisters were there. Me and my sisters met Tricia Gosingtian! ☺

May 15: Almost late for the Grand Allure collection! But good thing we didn't miss it ☺ Also watched the Premiere B and C ☺ We stayed in the L'Oreal lounge while waiting for the Rusty Lopez show to end. After that we were on our way to the Function room 5, and wow, the line was insane! Plus, the people in the registration area was confusing which really annoyed me. So we went home instead.

This is one boring summer vacation! Thank god for PirateBay and BitTorrent. Haha :) I've been downloading a lot of movies (I might blog about the movies I've watched this summer soon) ☺ So far, nothing topped meeting Good Charlotte, Miss J Alexander and Nigel Barker. After those events last April, nothing exciting happened. Just me stuck at home watching movies.

May 4 - I called Futuretainment early in the morning because I was so annoyed. I reserved a VIP ticket for Miley Cyrus' concert before holy week started. After holy week, they called me saying that I reserved for Gold-A. It was so annoying. I cancelled my reservation and reserved again for the VIP area. When I calling their hotline numbers, guess what -- No one was picking up the phone! After my 6th redial, finally someone answered the phone but it was choppy. So I called again, and finally talked with Angel about my ticket. She said I could pick it up already (Goodbye savings!) So, off to the bank I go and went to Futuretainment's office located at Greenhills. Yay for Row O Seat # 1! I don't know if it's a good seat but some people are telling me that I am lucky to get that seat ☺

May 5 - The day I felt so jealous because Kim Chiu had a photoshoot with Matt Lanter :( Why is she so lucky. I'll probably post about it on my other site if I'll find the photos. I got the invites for Philippine Fashion Week ☺

May 7 - I really wanted to swim ever since the summer vacation started! So happy that I can finally swim after so many years. If only we have a pool in our place, I will swim every single day, seriously. Anyway, last 7th of May I went to Little Presidents Learning Palace to swim with my sister and her friends, Hannah and Tanya ☺ It was so much fun!

May 8 - Mother's Day :-) First time eating deep fried oreos! It was too sinful. I wanted to puke after eating it. Delicious but it should only be consumed once a year. Haha ☺ Oh, I love this day because Callan McAuliffe (the cute guy from Flipped) finally replied to me on Twitter! ☺

Style Origin presents Beauty - 04.15.11

A few weeks ago, I went to the Style Origin event that was held at the TriNoma Activity Center. I went with my friend Nica and my sister, Lady with her friend Ram. I never thought that I would have a chance to meet Nigel Barker and Miss J Alexander in person! Honestly, I really didn't know what to expect.

Sarah Meier hosted the event. She was wearing a beautiful Sassa Jimenez dress. When she introduced Nigel Barker, I think almost everyone got so excited and screamed their lungs out. Nigel Barker was really handsome in person. Sarah interviewed him mostly about his book, Beauty Equation. He was really inspiring.

Then, after their short interview they called out Miss J Alexander. He was so fierce! Here's a video of his entrance:

They even asked some of the audience to come up the stage and walk in the runway, sing and many other random fun activities. After the talk, they had a meet & greet session. I gave Nigel Barker a hug and said that he was so inspiring. Then, I was shocked when Miss J complimented me! It was so surreal. Here's a video of my meet & greet experience:

After the meet & greet, they had a book signing session. I really wanted to buy Nigel's book but I think it was already sold out. This was really a fun event. I really had fun and learned so much from Nigel Barker and Miss J :-)

Good Charlotte live in Manila: Glorietta Activity Center - 04.06.11

Good Charlotte had a concert here in Manila last night at the Glorietta Activity Center. My sister and I went to the mall around 9am. I want to have a CD signing stub that's why I asked my sister if we could go to the mall earlier. We roamed outside Glorietta 4, then went to Intercontinental Hotel. The hotel was beautiful. I was hoping to see Joel Madden there, but no luck! So we just waited for 9:50am and went back to the mall entrance. There were a lot of people waiting for the mall to open already. So I expected there were a lot of fangirls lining up for the CD signing stubs already. I was so nervous because I'm not familiar with Glorietta and I don't even know where the Activity Center was. Thank God there were signs with "This Way to Activity Center" ☺

So finally, I saw the venue! It was small compared to other Ayala Mall venues. I was the first one to arrive at the AstoPlus booth! We talked about random bands with Ms. Choi/Choy from AstroPlus. She was so down-to-earth! I really hope they'll release The Maine, We The Kings, All Time Low and This Century's albums here in Manila ☺ Then, finally the CDs arrived! I got my CD + signing stub then we went to the Admin Office to claim my two tickets from Glorietta.

After accomplishing everything, we went to Greenbelt and ate lunch at Pepper Lunch. I ordered Chicken Pepper Rice without corn and pepper. It was yummy! I was always ordering Salmon Pepper Rice before. I needed to try something new. Then, we roamed around Greenbelt. My legs were already in pain when we were at Powerbooks. Finally, we went back to the venue. There were a lot of curious people already waiting for the band. It's annoying how some people will be like: "Who is this band--Good Charlotte?" When I went to the restroom, I even heard girls talking about the band. They were like: "That band is so old already. Their songs are awful." I want to strangle them.

We waited for the soundcheck for 2 hours. This was my view:

I also had a creepy seatmate while waiting for the soundcheck! Whenever I open my bag, he always looks at what's inside my bag. I don't even know him. So freaky. I should've bought a bottle hairspray!

Around 3:30pm, they had their soundcheck. It was so surreal. I can't believe I saw Good Charlotte in person!! ☺ I even took some photos and videos. Check it out here:

Then, I texted Anne from MMI that I was at the venue already and asked when can we meet. She texted me to meet her at Mcdonald's to get my meet & greet stub ☺ I finally got it! But was disappointed because there was a claim stub :( I will get my photo on April 13. Next week! But I was still happy because I will have a photo taken with the band.

Then we waited for the security guards to let the people in the venue already. There were these American boys who was the first one to enter the venue. They even got front & second row seats. Me and my sister was the next to get in the venue around 5:20pm. Thank you again to Raymond Gutierrez for the tickets!! ☺

The show started around 6:30. When they played the Introduction to Cardiology, I got up and screamed. It was so awkward because everyone was so clueless that the show is starting already. I wanted to run in front of the stage when they played it. When the band was finally on stage, everyone was running in front of the stage. I even got up the chair. The view was so amazing. I can't even believe I am watching them perform live. Again, it was so surreal.

They played my favorite songs. I created a playlist weeks ago from their Cardiology tour. They pretty much played the same songs also ☺ Here are some photos I want to share with you guys:

I think the show was too short :( But I understand because they are still heading to LAX after the show then will fly to Australia the next day. After the concert, it was time for the meet & greet! ☺ I was so excited to meet them. Again, the American boys had a "special treatment" again. They got their guitars, shirts, albums signed by the band while the others can't even bring anything on stage. It was unfair.

I was also pissed when the girl told me it should be a group photo! I mean, I'm not friends with the other people who have a meet & greet stub and now I have to share my photo with them? Unfortunately, I got a photo with two other girls I don't know :( At least I have a picture with the band! My sister even took a video of my meet & greet experience ☺ While watching the video, I heard people from the background saying nasty things when I hugged Joel. I know he's married to Nicole Richie! As if I proposed to Joel or kissed him -- it was just a hug. And Joel Madden was one of my childhood crushes back then when he was not yet married :p My sister told me the girl was just jealous.

I hugged each one of them at the meet & greet and even told Joel about the ELLE cover I did for him years ago. He was like: "Really? It was cool. Yeah, I even put it up." ☺ After the meet & greet, it was time for the CD signing! Again, personal cameras were not allowed. So I just recorded our conversation ☺ Check it out here:

I am one of the biggest fans of Good Charlotte here in Manila :) I remember tweeting them just recently this:

It was kind of my Christmas wish! ;) I freaked out when MMI tweeted last January 11 that Good Charlotte is coming to Manila this year! ♥

When I read that Good Charlotte is coming to Manila. The first thing that I needed was a meet & greet pass! I know the Music Management International and Miss Rhiza Pascua are so generous so, I just waited for their updates about the GC concert happening soon.

Finally, when MMI tweeted about the contest, I read all the details. I was sad because it was another popularity contest where we will send our best rocker photo and they will post it on their Facebook page and the one who will have the most likes win. I was losing hope... but I tweeted Miss Rhiza Pascua and MMI that I would do anything even though the contest is hard.

On March 18, after waking up at 5:30 am I always check my @replies on Twitter ☺ Then, Miss Rhiza Pascua tweeted me this:

So surreal!!! ☺ I won a meet & greet pass!!! ♥ She is the most generous person I know. I love Music Management International. They are the best ☻

Can't wait for April 6, 2011!

Late Entry: Taylor Swift Grand Fans Day @ SM Megamall - 02.18.11

When Odyssey posted that they will be giving away 4 meet and greet passes for Taylor Swift's concert in her Grand Fans Day, I immediately asked my mom's permission if I could skip class that day ;)

But, when I got in the event center SM Megamall, it was quite disappointing! They all want the people to buy Taylor Swift's CDs to enter the venue (Hello! It's a Grand Fans Day! Obviously, fans already bought the CDs months/years ago) Luckily, I have a receipt with me, but my friend doesn't have a receipt so I bought a CD. Hoping to get meet & greet coupons but I didn't ;(

So, I browsed the booths inside the event. It turns out that Skin White is also giving away a meet & greet pass! So my friend and I bought tons of Skin White lotions and entered the contest.

There were tons of performances! It was quite boring especially when they were just picking out audiences and asks them to sing on stage :-\ But Krissy & Ericka and some girl from American Idol (forgot her name!) were okay ;)

We went to the food court to eat our late lunch. Then, the Skin White winner was being announced! We ran back to the event center. We didn't win ;( The lucky guy who asked us earlier in the event won. He was asking if we need to pay first before taking a photo in the photobooth. So. Damn. Lucky!

It's all good! ;) I still love Odyssey. It was a good day because I went shopping at Forever 21 after the event ♥

Ayala Malls Rock Tour: LIV3 (Alabang Town Center) - 02.20.11

It was my first time to go to Alabang Town Center. The first and the main reason why I don't go to that mall is because it's so far away from where I live! I left at 11 am then, I arrived there at 12:45. Thank God there was no traffic! First, I walked around the mall then ate lunch at Pepper Lunch. I wanted to stalk the bands but when I saw the venue, I lost hope! The venue was like the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds :(

I went back to the mall to meet up with my friend, Ferj :) At around 5pm, we went to the venue. There were a lot of people, obviously because it was their last show here in the Philippines :( People were starting to go inside the venue. I didn't have stubs again because I haven't met Joy from MMI. I think I saw her around quarter to 6pm.

We had awesome seats also, but for real -- we don't need chairs for these kinds of concerts. Haha! We ended up standing on the chair. I almost got John Ohh's water bottle :( But I did get a lot of video footage! I even held up my arm full of The Maine doodles and I think John saw it! :-)

The best part of this concert was when I met The Maine!

Me: *handed John my present for him* This is for you :)
John: surprised Oh wow! How are you? :)
Me: *hugs Jared* *hugs Pat (oh my godddd ♥)* *hugs Kennedy* then I asked Pat Wait, how's your hand?
Pat: BETTER! ;) He can't hear my voice that much because WTK is playing ;( But it's all good!
Kennedy: How are you?
Me: I'm fine :) *hugs Garrett* then *hugs John* :)

Couldn't let go of John Ohh's waist! Haha. The photographer/crew were laughing! I'm sorry Garrett! I like you too :) After the picture taking, I hugged John Ohh again as tight as I can and daaang, he smells sooo goood!!! ♥ I can hug him forever. Here's our photo:

After the show, everyone was so sad because they were leaving :( But out of nowhere, Travis Clark went out the tent of the meet & greet after me and Ferj shouted: "Travis please come outside!!!" I got a high five from Travis! ;) I was hoping for a photo, but this was the best shot that I could take. No zoom, whatsoever! :)

I also met Chris Varvaro, the guy who's selling the band's merch! I was so disappointed when I heard that The Maine's merch were already sold out :(

Oh! I also got an ID from a random dude working inside. I was asking like a crazy fangirl, then one bouncer told him to have pity on me and just give the ID to me, since it's already the last show! So, yay! I got the Production ID :)

February 20, 2011 -- So surreal. Not only today but ever since February 17, I feel like I'm just sleeping and dreaming. I never thought all of these will happen in just a week! Can I just rewind February 17-20 forever? February is definitely one of my favorite months this year! ♥
